Were you satisfied with the service you received?
I was entering into this home-buying experience as an absolute rookie and Randy helped me really understand the process and all that it entails.  He actually knew what I was looking for before I did.  By the second time we went out looking at homes, he walked in and would know whether it was "my type."

Was communication timely?
I could reach Randy at any time.  There were times I sent him an e-mail "after hours" and received an immediate response.  And I could call him at any time and know even if he didn't answer that I'd get a call back right away.

Were all of your questions answered?
Absolutely.  I learned so much about home-buying from Randy.  He really walked me through the process and taught me a lot.

Were any problems handled efficiently?
As I neared my closing date, I ran into a situation with my down payment funds.  While I knew that there wasn't anything that he could do about it, I called Randy just to vent and to get reassurance from him while I waited to learn more.  He was wonderful and put me in touch with people that could help me and knew how to handle the situation.

Was your transaction handled in a professional manner?
I felt very comfortable dealing with Randy in a professional manner, he is also someone I call my friend.  He will be the first person I call if I decide to move again.

Would you recommend us to others?
ABSOLUTELY!!!
